Only companies that are currently hiring on cord can see your profile and only when they're logged in - it's not available anywhere outside cord.
Your contact details (email address, phone number, home address) aren't visible to hiring managers until you've agreed to start a conversation with them i.e. once your message request is accepted or once you accept the company’s message request.
If you are opted-in to agency recruiters, your contact details are not visible to them until you’ve agreed to start a conversation with them. Once it is started, only your email address will be available. It is up to you whether you’d like to share your mobile number via the chat.
The full CV becomes accessible to company users and agencies once a conversation is started (same conditions as above). Until that point as well as if the message request is declined by either side, they will only be able to view your profile, see all the details in there, including any links such as Linkedin or Github.
What we definitely recommend is putting all the relevant details of your experience, education and projects in the respective sections of the profile itself so that everything you would like the companies to see and access at first glance can be found there.
View your profile as a company
You can view your profile as a company by clicking on the right icon at the top of your profile.
Block any company
You can add any company you like to the Block Company list in Account Settings > Privacy.
Agency recruiters
You can allow access to agency recruiters in Account Settings > Privacy. Enabling access to agency recruiters means that they will be able to find your profile and message you.
