As more people use cord, it is becoming increasingly important that people feel safe and have the tools to report or take immediate action if they need to.
Reporting
Anyone can report a conversation by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner.
We ask that you provide a reason for the report and some extra information to help us understand why you are submitting the report so that we can take the right actions.
The person you’ve reported will not know that you have reported them. Our team will investigate the report and take the appropriate action which may include suspending or removing the user from cord.
Blocking
If you would like to take immediate action, you can also block the person you’re messaging. This will mean you can no longer message each other. The person you block will be able to see that you have blocked them, but they will not be provided with a reason.
