When receiving a message request from a company, you can choose to decline or accept it.
Accept
This option opens the message thread and let you write an answer. You can chat, ask questions and arrange interviews. When you accept a message request, the company will gain access to your CV and contact details as well.
Decline
Once you’ve selected the reason you’re declining the request (not looking for work, location issue, etc.), you can send an optional message. You can modify a personalised message that is automatically generated by our system based on the selected reason.
You can also choose to skip sending a message. The message thread will then be closed. You can choose to undo and reopen the thread the future.
